Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AlertBridge ("AlertBridge", "we", "us") collects when you use our webhook-forwarding service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using AlertBridge, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google instead.

Webhook sources and forwarding destinations. We generate a unique webhook URL for each source you create, and store whatever destination configuration you provide (for example, a Discord or Slack webhook URL, a Telegram bot token and chat ID, an email address, or a custom webhook URL). These values are provided by you to route your own alerts and are only used to forward the alerts you send us.

Alert content and delivery logs. When a source sends us an alert, we store the alert payload and a delivery record (success, failure, or blocked, plus any error message) so you can review your forwarding history in the dashboard.

Billing information. Subscription payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card details — we only store your Paddle customer/subscription IDs and subscription status.

Feedback. If you submit feedback through the dashboard, we store its content along with your account so we can follow up.

Cookies and technical data. We use a cookie to remember your language preference and a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also process IP addresses transiently for rate-limiting and abuse prevention; these are not stored long-term.

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To send transactional emails (verification, billing, and service notices)
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or technical issues
• To respond to support requests and feedback

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on the following subprocessors to run AlertBridge. Each only receives the data necessary to perform its function:

• Vercel — application hosting
• Neon — database hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Paddle — payment processing and billing (merchant of record)
• Upstash — rate limiting (processes IP addresses transiently)
• Google — optional sign-in (Google OAuth)

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Alert delivery logs are kept to power the dashboard's activity history. If you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your account data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep records (for example, billing records) for legal or accounting purposes.

You can access and update your account information from the dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data, or to request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at zasd9517532@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

AlertBridge is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our service providers host and process data primarily in the United States. By using AlertBridge, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections (TLS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
