Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlertBridge, a webhook alert-forwarding service ("AlertBridge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use AlertBridge.

AlertBridge lets you receive webhook alerts at a unique URL and forward them to destinations you configure (Discord, Slack, Telegram, email, or a custom webhook). Available features and usage limits depend on your plan (Free, Starter, or Pro) as described on our pricing page.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access — you can email us at zasd9517532@gmail.com. You must be at least 16 years old to use AlertBridge.

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record — Paddle handles your payment method, invoicing, and applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details.

Prices shown to you at signup are locked in for as long as you remain subscribed, even if we raise prices for new customers later — we won't increase the price on an existing subscription without your consent.

You can cancel a paid plan any time from your dashboard's billing management page. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period you already paid for — we don't prorate or refund the unused portion of a current period.

If your subscription lapses (cancellation takes effect, or a renewal payment fails) and you're over the Free plan's limits, we keep your existing sources and destinations working for a 5-day grace period and email you about it. If you haven't resubscribed by the end of that window, whatever exceeds the Free plan's limits is deleted.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused usage. If you believe you were charged in error, or have an exceptional circumstance, email zasd9517532@gmail.com — we review these requests case by case.

You agree not to use AlertBridge to:

• Break any applicable law, or forward content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights
• Configure a destination URL to probe, attack, or gain unauthorized access to internal networks, private infrastructure, or any system you don't own or have permission to target
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide
• Resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

We work to keep AlertBridge reliable, but we provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without uptime guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Alert delivery depends on third-party destinations (Discord, Slack, Telegram, email providers, or your own custom endpoints) that we don't control and can't guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlertBridge won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or missed alerts, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using AlertBridge and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like billing and liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use AlertBridge after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law gives you additional rights that can't be waived.
